These terms govern use of HypeCanvas and its project-card placement service. The Content Moderation Policy, Listing Moderation Policy, and Refund & Cancellation Policy explain related rules. Our Privacy & Storage Policy explains data handling.
Using the service
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your submission and for having the rights needed to publish it. You must not bypass security controls, manipulate rankings or traffic, impersonate another owner, or interfere with the service. You must be at least 18 to submit or purchase a listing.
Keep your card access token and recovery code private. HypeCanvas does not provide a conventional user account or password reset. Losing both the browser-held credential and the recovery code can prevent access; do not share either with support.
Placements and payments
The amount due, accepted discounts and applicable taxes are displayed at checkout before payment. A bid increase charges the additional amount quoted for that order, not the full historic total again. If checkout is temporarily unavailable, browsing remains available.
Payments processed through Dodo Payments are also subject to the payment and buyer terms shown at checkout. Payment confirmation and successful server-side settlement determine activation. A failed or delayed settlement may require reconciliation or a refund.
Leaderboard rank and canvas position can change as other customers place higher bids or as moderation and refunds affect listings. No permanent position, minimum traffic, revenue, or uninterrupted availability is promised. See the placement rules for the distinction between paid display and guaranteed results.
Your content and external links
You retain your rights in your content. By submitting it, you give us permission to host, display, format, and reproduce it as needed to operate your listing, including its public detail page and site previews. This does not transfer ownership of your project to us.
Listings and linked websites are supplied by their owners. A paid listing is not a recommendation, verification, or endorsement of the destination. External sites have their own terms and privacy practices.
Restrictions, service changes, and complaints
We may restrict content or access for breaches of these policies, security concerns, payment issues, or legal requirements. We may update, pause, or discontinue parts of the service. Where a paid service cannot be provided, contact us under the refund policy; mandatory consumer remedies remain available.
We do not exclude liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or personal injury caused by negligence. Contact us first about a problem so we can investigate. Nothing here removes your right to seek an applicable legal remedy or to complain to a regulator.
Updates to these terms
We publish changes here with an updated date. Material changes to an existing purchase remain subject to applicable law; an updated policy does not retrospectively remove mandatory rights. The version in force when an order was placed is relevant to that purchase.
