Report a listing or content concern
Use the subject “HypeCanvas listing report”. Include the listing ID or public URL, the destination URL if relevant, what you believe is wrong, and supporting information. Tell us how to contact you if we need clarification. You do not need a HypeCanvas account to report a concern.
For intellectual-property concerns, identify the work or right affected and explain whether you are the rights holder or their authorised representative. For urgent threats to safety, contact the relevant emergency service. Do not email illegal imagery or other harmful attachments.
Appeal or request a correction
Use the subject “HypeCanvas moderation appeal”. Include the listing URL or ID, the decision being challenged, why you believe it should change, and any new evidence. See the appeal process.
Payment and privacy requests
For a refund, include the receipt or order ID and describe the problem. For a privacy request, identify the information or listing concerned and the action you are requesting. Never send your full payment-card number, password, private access token, or recovery code.
We may ask for additional information before taking action. We assess urgency and respond according to the circumstances and applicable deadlines; contacting us does not guarantee a particular moderation or refund outcome.
