What this policy covers

This policy applies to project names, descriptions, images, links, and the destination content promoted through HypeCanvas. It applies to free drafts and paid listings alike. Paying for a position does not exempt a listing from review or make it an endorsement by HypeCanvas.

Content we do not allow

  • Illegal goods or services, instructions facilitating criminal activity, or content that violates applicable law.
  • Sexually explicit or adult-oriented content and services, including AI-generated sexual content, sexual exploitation, and any sexual content involving minors.
  • Threats, targeted harassment, hate speech, violent extremism, or material that promotes violence or exploitation.
  • Scams, phishing, malware, credential theft, impersonation, deceptive product claims, fake testimonials, or misleading destinations.
  • Copyright or trademark infringement, piracy, counterfeit products, or disclosure of someone else's private information without permission.
  • Gambling or betting services, unlawful financial offers, unlicensed regulated services, or unsupported medical or financial claims.
  • Spam, fake engagement, artificial traffic, cloaked links, or attempts to evade a moderation decision.

A destination that changes after a card is published remains subject to these rules. We may restrict additional material where required by law or by the payment provider's applicable rules.

How moderation works

We can review content before or after publication, following a report, a payment-provider notice, or an issue we identify. We do not promise that every listing receives human review before it appears, or that automated checks detect every problem. Technical validation and payment confirmation are not content approval.

We assess the submitted content, destination, relevant evidence, and context. Depending on the concern, we may request a correction, temporarily hide a listing while investigating, remove prohibited material, or restrict further submissions. Serious safety, fraud, or legal concerns may require immediate action without advance notice. We may preserve relevant records and respond to lawful requests.

Report content

Please report a listing or email joshua@v2space.net with the card or destination URL, the concern, and any supporting evidence. For an intellectual-property complaint, identify the work or right involved and your relationship to the rights holder. Do not send passwords, recovery codes, card details, or copies of illegal material. For an immediate threat to safety, contact the relevant emergency service.

Notice and appeal

Where we have a reliable way to reach the listing owner and it is safe and lawful to do so, we explain the reason for a restriction and any corrective steps. As cards do not require an account, we may not have contact details for every owner.

To appeal, email joshua@v2space.net with the listing ID or URL, the decision you are challenging, and relevant evidence. We reconsider the original concern and any new information, and can uphold, amend, or reverse the decision. Reposting removed content to avoid review is not an appeal. Refund requests are assessed separately under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
