Listing Moderation Policy

Submission standards, review, paid placement rules, and changes to published listings.

Who may submit a listing

Submit a real project, product, or website that you own or are authorised to represent. You must have permission to use its name, logo, images, and description. You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a contract, including on behalf of any business you represent.

Use an accurate title and description, and a working destination that matches the card. Do not imply affiliation, endorsement, capabilities, or results that you cannot substantiate. Duplicate or repetitive cards created to manipulate the canvas may be restricted.

Submission and publication

Creating a draft does not purchase a position or guarantee publication. When checkout is available, the server validates the requested bid and position. A payment redirect alone does not activate a listing; verified payment and successful placement settlement are required.

Listings remain subject to the Content Moderation Policy throughout their time on the site. Review can occur before or after publication. There is currently no universal pre-publication manual-approval step.

Paid positions and ranking

Customers purchase display space on HypeCanvas's own website. Verified total bids determine leaderboard order. Fixed canvas positions can be challenged by a higher qualifying bid; a successful replacement moves affected cards outward according to the placement rules. A purchased position or rank is not guaranteed to remain unchanged.

Accepted discount codes reduce the amount charged, not the quoted bid contribution used for ranking. This includes 100% discounts. A discounted order still requires verified payment-provider confirmation and successful server-side settlement before it affects a listing.

There are no cash prizes, chance-based outcomes, or payouts to other listing owners. Payment buys a placement service, not ownership of the website, a permanent rank, guaranteed visitors, clicks, sales, or search-engine benefits. Public counters are informational and are not an audited advertising-performance report.

Edits, removal, and enforcement

Owners manage cards using their access token or recovery code. An edit or changed destination can be reviewed again. We may request corrections, hide or remove non-compliant listings, and restrict repeated abuse. Payment does not prevent these actions.

An unfinished draft with no order history can be deleted where the interface permits it. For a paid listing, an open order, or a card you cannot manage, contact us to request removal or assistance. Removal from public view and deletion of transaction records are separate: records may need to be retained for accounting, disputes, or legal obligations.

To challenge a decision, follow the appeal process. To report an existing listing, use our reporting instructions or email joshua@v2space.net.
